System of tournament: 9-round Swiss system event, based on the FIDE rules. The rounds start at 15:00 CEST (3 p.m.) except of the final one which will be started at 10:00 a.m. CEST.

Playing time: 90-90 minutes / 40 moves + 30 minutes until finishing + 30 seconds/move.

Default time: 30 minutes

Entry fees: Players with more, than 2450 ELO-points and with title GM, WGM are exempt from the entry fee. You can only participate with a valid competition license for 2025, and in the case of foreign players, only with a valid HPL (you can pay the fee at the venue).
