The International Chess Federation is pleased to announce the continuation of its support for chess veterans. Grants will be awarded to distinguished players, coaches, and organizers aged 65 and older. Anyone meeting this age requirement who has contributed to the development of chess and is facing an unstable financial situation is eligible to apply.

As in previous years, we invite federations, clubs, and individuals to submit applications, including a CV of the nominee, to the FIDE Secretariat at office@fide.com.

The deadline for submissions is March 1, 2025.
