FIDE and the Polish Chess Federation are happy to invite all FIDE member federations, organizations affiliated with FIDE (IBCA, ICCD, IPCA) and eligible players to participate in the 5th World Chess Championships for People with Disabilities 2023. The championships will be held in Lublin, Poland from August 18 of August (arrivals) to August 28 (departures), 2023.

Only players with communication (hearing) impairments, visual impairments and physical disabilities are eligible to take part in the event. Players shall be approved by his/her National Chess Federation or organization affiliated with the FIDE or by the FIDE DIS Commission.
The deadline for the registration is July 1, 2023.
